In this full day workshop you will be introduced to a team building program which will assist in unlocking greater productivity, harmony and personal satisfaction within your music department.
You will work on the following topics in relation to real time challenges within your team/s.
• Role of leaders and facilitators in teams
• People and team dynamics (how to identify and treat simple team challenges)
• Guidelines for team meetings
• A team vision that is understood by all
• Goal setting to help deliver the vision
At the end of the day you will have put together a checklist and plan to develop further team-building strategies within your organization.

ABOUT SALLY ARNOLD
Sally Arnold has always been a creator. Beginning with her career as a flautist leading into her passion for cooking. She opened a gourmet cookware shop then became a department store buyer. Setting up the new concept of boutiques in the home-wares area within a department store. After several great years working in retail buying around the world, Sally returned to the performing arts. Managing a jazz dance studio and then leading into heading up the Corporate Development department of The Australian Ballet. Then followed psychotherapy training in Melbourne with some time spent in the USA. Now Sally combines her business, musical, arts management and psychotherapy background to form Corporate Creative Directions. A program using the power of music, visualization and collage to help business people move through problems, seek solutions to situations, gaining greater staff satisfaction and productivity.
